Shipping Protection

I am not happy that what arrived is a “no-name brand” product I was expecting a genuine article from Raizev. As far as operation goes, the left eye steamer works fine and brings the eye up to temperature, but the right eye steamer does not do the job prpoerly. The beeps are inaudible when stepping through the settings, so you have to guess where you are up to. It does not really do the job that it was advertised to do.

Product is good and works as described.
